How do you get the dough hook unstuck????

THIS  DOUGH IS INCOMPLETE, IF NOT WANT TO TEACH HIM TO THE PEOPLE NOT IT DO, BUT NOT PLAY. YOU NEED YEAST, OLIVE OIL, AND SUGAR.

Olive oil and sugar are optional, but yes, yeast is required for a leavened dough. That being said, this dough is not to make a tasty pizza, but designed for trick dough throwing, where a uniform dough with no bubbles is preferred.

This is deceptive.. everyone see's people tossing spinning and flipping pizza all over the place.. like a classic Mario or Luigi. All to find out later that the pizza we've been seeing is FAKE!?!? So when we do it at home we're all like this is fucking bullshit, in reality if your going to eat it, you better be frickin gentle with it.

Where the yeast??

I be trick'n it all day!!

Ice is less dense than water, so if you were doing it by volume it would make a difference.
But if you're measuring by weight, that ice would melt to the correct volume.

That said it'd be a pain in the ass waiting for the ice to melt.

its trick dough so you can do a lot of throwing, spinning and tricks without it tearing. Also, if you type google.com and then type in the box..."what is trick pizza dough"....you would have got your answer. Welcome to 2011!
